A neo-noir In the near future of 2089. A city stands isolated from the outside world by a monumental wall and, inside, spectres of tyranny stare each other down over control of their hermit kingdom. Then, one day, a terrorist bombing sets their sights on a lowly police officer, thrusting him into the middle of a viscous psychological tug of war that warps his reality, and frays his already strained relationships. With no one left to turn to, and wanted by the entire city, falling in with the vigilante responsible for his partner's death - accompanied by his otherworldly foster child - may be his only path to a true sense of self, and a life of freedom and tranquility.
